It summarizes important risks and responsibilities associated with the Service. It forms part of, and does not replace, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict between this Disclaimer and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service control.

Age Requirement. The Service is intended solely for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Emergency Services. While a simulated location is active, your device may report that location in place of your actual location, including to emergency services, safety features and assistance applications. You must clear any simulated location before relying on such services. Do not use the Service if you depend on device-based emergency location.

Lawful Use. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws. You may not use the Service to evade court-ordered or other official location monitoring, to unlawfully deceive any person or organization, or to stalk, harass or harm any person. You may use the Service only on devices that you own or are authorized to control.

Third-Party Applications. Other applications and services may prohibit the use of simulated locations and may restrict, suspend or terminate your account with them. You are responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party application or service you use.

No Warranty. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. The Service may contain errors, may be affected by changes to devices, software and services outside our control, and may not be compatible with every device, operating system version or application. We are not responsible for any loss of data.

Assumption of Risk. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you assume all liability arising from your use of the Service, as further described in our Terms of Service.
